At Astar Mobiles, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your mobile device within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all accessories and manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Damaged or altered devices not due to our error
  • Items with signs of use
  • Custom or personalized orders

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty product, incorrect item sent).

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your mobile arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
