At Astar Mobiles, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £XX.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or postal service disruptions.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping details or absence of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email address] within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist in resolving the issue.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
